I'm Paul Adams, a user researcher + design strategist.

I currently work as a User Experience Researcher in the mobile team at Google.
My background is in Industrial Design (Dyson, Faurecia) and Interaction Design (Flow).

My passion is using design to make things valuable for people.
Design usually starts with research.
Things usually includes products and services offered by companies to make a profit.


This blog is where I document and think about observations I make when out and about.
